Cancellation Policy
I acknowledge that a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee at the groomer's discretion. I agree to notify the establishment if I anticipate arriving late. Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment time may result in cancellation of the appointment and a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. I further acknowledge that all new clients are required to submit a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
